Susan Rudman

 

Susan is an MBA, Senior Management Consultant and Principal with Sierra Systems Inc.  She specializes in Strategy, Communications, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Organization Design and Business Transformation.  Through her various consulting engagements in the US and Europe, Susan has developed a reputation as a transformation guru and change agent with a strong ability to drive focused strategies, operational & organizational efficiencies and cost savings  – while improving customer value and focus.

 

Susan has led change initiatives, optimized organizational structures and business processes – driving significant change to improve customer satisfaction, market share and the bottom line.  She has provided keynote addresses and seminars on Business Process Optimization, Business Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Facilitation, Requirements Management, Program & Project Management and Strategic Planning.

 

Susan has taught classes and delivered speeches on many change-related topics, particularly the need for Change Resiliency in Todays Ever-changing Business Environment.  Susan is the Vice President of the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Greater Victoria Chapter and previously served as their Secretary.
