Kim Murray – President

Kim is a Change Management Professional who has been helping lead clients through change since 2000. She is a Principal with Sierra Systems. Her people focused approach has enabled her to lead teams to meet and exceed clients’ expectations on organizational transformation and technology implementation projects. Kim has experience working across Canada, in the United States and in Europe with the public and private sectors and has worked extensively with Government and utilities clients. Kim has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, PMP designation and completed Prosci’s ADKAR training. Kim combines her experience and training as a Project Manager and Change Manager to assist clients in successfully achieving project objectives while helping stakeholders embrace change. Kim and her husband both grew up in Victoria and moved back three years ago after a dozen years away to raise their two young children closer to family.

Don Kelly – Vice President

Don is a senior management consultant specializing with over 20 years’ experience in change management. Don’s mix of experiences provides him with a unique perspective and a solid understanding of the challenges faced by leadership in business change, and the expertise to assist in them through any phase of an organizational change. He has success in managing programs with broad cultural shifts or applying very tactical plans to simple business and system changes. Don is certified in or has experience with 7 change management methodologies and has developed his own change management approach that incorporates these change methods along with management consulting tools and PM best practices. He was involved with the ACMP, PMI and APICs organizations in Calgary for many years. Don and his wife have recently moved back to Victoria and looks forward to being involved in our Victoria ACMP chapter.

Marina Hutton - Treasurer

Marina is an innovator and entrepreneur fascinated by the complexity of people, systems, and social change. These curiosities have led her to travel, work, study and volunteer in 17 countries across six continents. She deepened her understanding of organizational systems through experiences such as working with the UN Environment Programme and studying business in Canada and Morocco. Exploring internal change and transformation, she lived in India for five months studying philosophy. She's passionate about creating alignment between people and ideas, needed for change and organizational transformation to flourish. Some sees presence, understanding and connection as core ways to put this into action. Marinacurrently works in the change management field on business transformation projects (Current endeavours: Senior Change Management Advisor, BC Pension Corporation; Co-Lead of the BC Public Service’s Change Management Community of Practice; Board Member, Business Class Magazine – Gustavson School of Business).
